Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ClaudVPN, operated by Khaled LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the service

ClaudVPN is a mobile virtual private network (VPN) application for iOS operated by Khaled LLC. The service encrypts your internet traffic between your device and ClaudVPN servers to help protect your privacy on networks you use.

ClaudVPN offers two tiers:

  • Free tier — ad-supported access with a time-limited free balance. Availability and features may be limited compared with Pro.
  • Pro (paid) tier — paid subscription access with expanded or unrestricted usage according to the plan you purchase in the App Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClaudVPN. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use ClaudVPN only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using ClaudVPN, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ClaudVPN. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Illegal activity of any kind
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Launching or participating in network attacks, DDoS, hacking, or unauthorized access
  • Spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive communications
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code of the app except where permitted by law
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing ClaudVPN access without our written permission
  • Interfering with the integrity, security, or availability of our servers or other users

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal (App Store disclosure)

ClaudVPN Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscription lengths may include weekly, monthly, and/or annual options, as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Prices vary by region and are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Apple App Store auto-renewal disclosure: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Additional subscription terms:

  • Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your card details.
  • Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
  • Subscription status and entitlements may be validated using Apple and RevenueCat.
  • Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription — cancel in App Store subscription settings.

5. Free tier and rewarded ads

The free tier may include time-limited access and advertisements, including rewarded ads that can grant additional free time when you choose to watch them. Ad availability and free-time grants may change. Free-tier access is not guaranteed to match Pro features, speed, or server availability.

Advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your App Tracking Transparency choices and device settings. Declining tracking may still result in non-personalized ads.

6. Service availability

We work to keep ClaudVPN reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific speeds, or availability of any particular server or feature. Maintenance, network conditions, device limitations, regional restrictions, and third-party outages may affect performance.

7. Privacy

Your use of ClaudVPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy and No-Logs Policy. Please read them carefully. In short: we do not log browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic contents.

8. Intellectual property

ClaudVPN, including its software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Khaled LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers (“AS IS”)

ClaudVPN is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A VPN can increase your privacy and help protect traffic on untrusted networks, but it does not guarantee anonymity, absolute security, or protection against every threat. You remain responsible for how you use the internet and for securing your device and accounts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khaled LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of ClaudVPN.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for ClaudVPN in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using ClaudVPN at any time. To end a paid subscription, cancel auto-renewal in your App Store settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date on this page when changes are posted. If you continue using ClaudVPN after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any active subscription through Apple.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Khaled LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction over Khaled LLC will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.
